  In most of our transaction transactions, it is customary to refund money by issuing a bank cheque. Also, the government has also implemented a rule that the amount of 10 lakhs should be paid by cheque. A bank check is considered a transaction similar to cash. A check is given to you by someone, and the person giving the check checks is dishonored or returned due to a lack of cash balance in the account or lack of proper signature. Therefore if the check given to you is dishonored, how to recover the amount?

It has methods
1) dishonoring a check three times from the bank where the account is held,
2) Inform the payee of the dishonor of the check as soon as possible.
3) Applying to the concerned bank to put the check payer on the blacklist,
(Even if the bank is blacklisted, all its banking transactions will be stopped, then payment will be made
coming up)
If the money is not recovered after using the above three methods, any one of the 3 types of cases
The amount can be recovered by suing.
