Relationship Verification

Within every family, there must be a legally established relationship, the relationship must be verified by the ward office. If there is a dispute about relationship within the family and if family relationship is denied, then the relationship can be maintained by filing a case in the district court to establish the relationship according to the law. Disputes arise in the relationship because the wife and the sons and daughters born on her behalf are not accepted especially. The relationship is important because birth registration, marriage registration, citizenship, and identity card will not be done without establishing a relationship, and if the relationship is not legally proven, the right to inheritance and partial property cannot be claimed.
