The use of a house for a certain period of time by someone taking possession of his right, enjoyment or property
It will be deemed to have been given in return. "House" means any house, floor, unit, room or any such house
It also includes the disputed land or land. We usually give the house without any contract or guarantee

(h) Obligation to pay fees for electricity, water, telephone etc. used in the house,
(i) Payment of house restoration tax,
(j) Matters related to the house if it is to be insured,
(k) Matters related to vacating the house taken under restoration and removal of the person living in restoration,
(l) The matter of whether or not the house taken in repossession can be given to another person in repossession, and
  (d) Other essential matters.
