What to do if you have to vacate the real estate that you have given to Baashal?

1) If a person taking a house disappears without notice for a period of three months or more without paying the balance amount and if he is not found even when he is notified publicly or when correspondence is sent to his address, or if he or any of his rightful owners or representatives are not present, the owner of the house shall report to the relevant local authority. An application for such a transaction should be submitted to the ward office.
2) If there is an application in the ward, the concerned ward office will give a fifteen days' notice and give a public notice to the incumbent to attend.
3) The incumbent must be present within such period due to the publication of notice from the ward.
4) If such a person is not present within the notification period, the concerned ward office can open the house and make the house vacated so that the belongings remain in their charge or someone else's.
5) If the missing person returns within six months or sends a representative, the concerned ward office shall take the remaining amount of the money and return the goods to him.
6) If the concerned office does not take any action within one month after receiving the application at the concerned ward office of the local level, the owner of the house concerned shall himself submit an application to the concerned ward office and the nearest police office, with the police officer and at least two local people as witnesses, open the house and hand over his belongings to the police.
