Provisions related to house restoration
The use of a house for a certain period of time by someone taking possession of his right, enjoyment or property. It will be deemed to have been given in return. "House" means any house, floor, unit, room or any such house
It also includes the disputed land or land. We usually give the house without any contract or guarantee. We used to give without keeping. It is unsecured, when the law grants it to the holder by agreement or contract
You have to bring documents that reveal your identity. It protects against tomorrow's risks. Things to be disclosed when giving the house:
- The full name and address of the person receiving and giving the house, citizenship number and passport or identification certificate in case of a foreigner,
- The place where the house is situated and the plot number of the land,
- The purpose of reinstatement,
- The date of commencement of reinstatement,
- Period of continuance,
- Monthly reinstatement amount,
- Time and procedure for submission of reinstatement,
- Obligation to pay fees for electricity, water, telephone etc. used in the house,
- Payment of house restoration tax,
- Matters related to the house if it is to be insured,
- Matters related to vacating the house taken under restoration and removal of the person living in restoration,
- The matter of whether or not the house taken in repossession can be given to another person in repossession, and
- Other essential matters.
